Accessing Downloadable Products

Downloadable items are purchased just like regular products from the Demme Learning store. Once your order goes through, you can access your downloadable products in three ways. 

Important note: Each PDF can only be downloaded 6 times regardless of the link source. Additionally, links are non-transferable and cannot be shared. We highly recommend saving the PDF on your computer for easy access in the future. 

At this time we do not have a way to display how many downloads you have remaining. If you’d like to know how many downloads you have remaining, our Customer Service team will be able to help give you that information.

Option 1: Access immediately after checkout

1) After you place your order you will be directed to a checkout success page. Look for the “Download You Digital Files” box. 

2) Click on each of the links and download the PDF to your computer. You can only click the link 6 times regardless of where you access the link.

3) Repeat step 2 for each digital product purchased. Each item will be at its own link, including items bought as part of a set or bundle.

Option 2: Access directly via email

1) When you place your order you will receive two email if you’ve purchased a digital downloadable product.

• One email will contain your order confirmation. 
• The second email will include your links to download. This email will come from customerservice@demmelearning.com with the subject line of Access your Demme Learning digital downloadable products!

2)  In the second email (Subject line Access your Demme Learning digital downloadable product!) click on the links.

3) Download the PDF to your computer. You can only click the link 6 times, regardless of where you access that link.

4) Repeat for each digital product purchased. Each item will be at its own link, including items bought as part of a set or bundle.

Option 3: Within your Account Dashboard on store.demmelearning.com

1) Use the Sign in button in the upper right to log in to your account using your email address and password.

2) After you’ve signed in, you should be directed to your account dashboard. If not click on the “My account” in the upper right.

3) Choose the order that contains your digital downloadable products. You can also search for a specific product within your orders using the search bar.

Click on the Order Details button.

4) Scroll to the bottom of your order and look for the “Download Your Digital Files” box.

5) Click on each of the links and download the PDF to your computer. You can only click the link 6 times regardless of where you access the link.

6) Repeat step these steps for each digital product purchased. Each item will be at its own link, including items bought as part of a set or bundle.
