It’s Not About the Vegetable: How to Build a Healthy Relationship with Food for Picky Eaters

When a child won’t try new things and rejects food, it can cause extreme stress for parents. You worry, “Will my child ever eat a vegetable? Will they even survive?”
In this conversation with picky eating educator Katie Kimball, we’ll dig into a variety of root causes behind picky eating and why it’s rarely even about the food. Katie will share her foundational process to create an environment in your home that allows your children to build a healthy relationship with food, whether they’re a run-of-the-mill picky eater or a problem feeder.
We’ll talk about what it means to have a problem feeder, too, and why it’s good news in the long run to learn that!
