We’ve invested in a new shopping platform and have begun to simplify things to make it easier for you to get the materials you need. Additionally, our Digital Toolbox will be updated with improved security and connectivity measures.
These updates will take place on July 26th, 2023.
What can you expect?
- Our store will be disrupted while we implement and confirm that the updates are working. You will not be able to sign in or access store.demmelearning.com or the Digital Toolbox during this time.
Rest assured that we are working to get you access as quickly as possible. These updates may take as long as 48 hours to complete. - During the update, we will be unable to take or process any orders.
- Orders placed prior to July 25th, 2023 may take time to be visible on your account. If you urgently need information from a previous order please contact our Customer Service team for help.
- Access to the Digital Toolbox will be unavailable during the update.
- After the updates have been implemented, to access your account on store.demmelearning.com and on the Demme Learning Digital Toolbox, you will need to reset your password. Please look for an email from customerservice@demmelearning.com for instructions.
Student accounts within the Digital Toolbox will not need a password reset. - While most of the store and the Digital Toolbox will look the same, the sign in page on both sites will look a bit different.
