Understanding Changes to Demme Learning Bundled Sets

We’ve recently made some changes to how we offer our bundled sets. Our goal is always to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and these changes are designed to simplify the decision-making process, especially for new users, while also offering greater flexibility for our returning customers.

Why the Change?

Previously, our variety of bundled sets offered a convenient way to purchase all the necessary components for a particular level depending on a customer’s unique situation. While this was helpful for many, we recognized a few areas where we could improve:

• Overwhelm for New Users: Choosing the right program and then navigating various bundled set options could be overwhelming for those new to Demme Learning. We wanted to streamline this initial experience and make it easier to understand which elements you and your students will need for success.
  
• Limited Flexibility for Returning Customers: Many of our loyal customers already own some of the components included in our bundles. Requiring them to purchase a full set to receive a discount meant they had to navigate the options to find the right set or were often buying items they didn’t need. We wanted to give these customers the freedom to easily purchase only the items they needed.
  
• Simplifying the Purchasing Process: By moving away from pre-set bundles, we can offer a more transparent and straightforward pricing structure. This allows you to clearly see the cost of each individual component and build the perfect learning package for your student.
  

What Does This Mean for You?

• One Comprehensive Set: We now offer a single, comprehensive set for each program that includes everything you need to get started. This simplifies the initial purchase and ensures you have all the essential materials. While you can still purchase items individually, this all-in-one set provides a convenient starting point.
• Easier Item Selection: We’ve focused on making it easier to identify what you need to be successful in our programs. This allows you to confidently choose the right items for your student without being overwhelmed by bundle options.
• Greater Flexibility and Control: You now have the freedom to choose only the specific products you need. This is especially beneficial for returning customers who may already have some materials. You can build your own set by selecting the individual items you need.
• Transparent Pricing: Individual product pricing is clearly displayed, allowing you to easily calculate the total cost of your chosen items.
  

We believe these changes will ultimately provide a better experience for all of our customers. We are confident that this new approach will simplify the purchasing process and provide greater flexibility in building the perfect learning experience for your students.
