Return Policy Details

  • Any retail item purchased directly from Demme Learning is eligible for a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must be the original purchaser making the return. 
  • To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please call Customer Service at 888-854-6284 prior to shipping the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via the carrier of choice. 
  • If you purchased a new product from one of our authorized distributors or resellers, please contact them directly for their return policy. 

What should I do if I ordered the wrong level/materials?

Customers that have purchased the wrong materials should contact our Customer Support team to initiate the return process. Please see the instructions in the “Return & Exchanges” section. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via the carrier of choice.

Please note that because clearance items are often older editions or have cosmetic imperfections, they are not eligible for the standard return or exchange process, even if the incorrect level was ordered.
