Returns & Exchanges

Customers can return materials within 60 days of receiving their purchase. The materials must be in “like-new” and resalable condition (no marks, physical damage, etc.).  Items do not have to be in the original shrink wrap. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via the carrier of choice.  

To initiate a return please call us prior to shipping the item(s). Our Customer Support team will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and will email you a PDF to include with the return. 

Once we have received the item(s), the customer can expect a refund in 10–15 business days.

In an exchange situation, you will need to initiate a return. You can then order the correct level once the refund is issued.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong level/materials?

Customers that have purchased the wrong materials should contact our Customer Support team to initiate the return process. Please see the instructions in the “Return & Exchanges” section. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via the carrier of choice.
