Return Policy Details

We want to make our return process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following information to see if your purchase qualifies for a refund.

Eligibility & Exclusions

• Physical retail items purchased directly from Demme Learning are eligible for return, provided you are the original purchaser.
• Some items are excluded from refunds, including digital downloads, active subscriptions, and clearance products. All clearance sales are final.

Initiating Your Return

• Request an RMA: To return an item for a refund, please call Customer Service at 888-854-6284 prior to shipping the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  
• Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs using the carrier of your choice

What should I do if I ordered the wrong level/materials?

Customers that have purchased the wrong materials should contact our Customer Support team to initiate the return process. Please see the instructions in the “Initiating Your Return” section. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via the carrier of choice.

Please note that because clearance items are often older editions or have cosmetic imperfections, they are not eligible for the standard return or exchange process, even if the incorrect level was ordered.
