How do I reset my Demme Learning account password?

If you are having trouble logging in, here are some troubleshooting tips to try prior to resetting your password. 

• Your password for your Demme Learning account is the same one you use to log in to the Online Store, the Digital Toolbox, and the Early Access experience on our new platform.
• Check to see if you have caps lock or number lock on.
• Passwords are required to have a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

If you need to reset your password:

1) Click here and enter the email address associated with your account.

2) If an account is associated with that email address, you will receive an email with a reset password link. This email will come from Demme Learning Customer Service: customerservice@demmelearning.com.

3) Click on the link included in the email and reset your password. Follow the instructions to reset your password. Your password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and be at least 8 characters long.

Please note: If you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, you may need to check your email spam/junk folder. If you cannot find the email in your inbox or your spam/junk folder, please contact our Customer Service Team for help by using the Live Chat button in the lower right corner or by calling 888-854-6284. 

4) Once you reset your password, you can choose to navigate directly to the Online Store, the Digital Toolbox, the Early Access experience on our new platform, or from the app center page.

Please note: If you are on the App Center page and would like to navigate back to Early Access, you may go through the Digital Toolbox and click on the banner link at the top of the screen.
