How do I reset my Digital Toolbox password?

If you are having trouble logging in to the Demme Learning Digital Toolbox, here are some troubleshooting tips to try prior to resetting your password. 

  • Your password for the Digital Toolbox is the same one you use to log in to your account on store.demmelearning.com.
  • Check to see if you have caps lock or number lock on.
  • Passwords are required to have a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one unique character such as @, #, ! or number.

If you need to reset your password:

1) Click here and enter your email address, then click “Reset My Password.”

2) If an account is associated with that email address, you will receive an email with a reset password link. This email will come from Demme Learning Customer Service: customerservice@demmelearning.com.
Please note: If you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, you may need to check your email spam/junk folder. If you cannot find the email in your inbox or your spam/junk folder, please contact our Customer Service Team for help by using the Live Chat button in the lower right corner or by calling 888-854-6284. 

3) Click on your email’s “Set a New Password” button.

4) Create your new password. Your password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character, and be a minimum of 8 characters long.

5) Save your new password by clicking the “Set a New Password” button.
