How do I reset my Digital Toolbox password or

If you are having trouble logging in, here are some troubleshooting tips to try prior to resetting your password. 

  • Your password for the Digital Toolbox is the same one you use to log in to your account on
  • Check to see if you have caps lock or number lock on.
  • Passwords are required to have a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

If you need to reset your password:

1) Click here and enter the email address associated with your account.

2) If an account is associated with that email address, you will receive an email with a reset password link. This email will come from Demme Learning Customer Service:

3) Click on the link included in the email and resest your password. Follow the instructions to reset your password. Your password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and be a minimum of 8 characters long.

Please note: If you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, you may need to check your email spam/junk folder. If you cannot find the email in your inbox or your spam/junk folder, please contact our Customer Service Team for help by using the Live Chat button in the lower right corner or by calling 888-854-6284. 

4) Once you reset your password, you can choose to navigate to the store or digital toolbox directly or from the app center page
