Digital Toolbox Location

To locate, access, and modify your Student’s Account within the Digital Toolbox, first, please sign in or create a Demme Learning account.

Note: This information applies to Student Accounts already created. To create a Student Account, click here.

Once you create a student account, you can easily make adjustments such as changing the password settings or adding new Online Instruction with Video.

To modify your student’s account, look for their name in your Instructor Account Dashboard, then click on “Edit Account.”

A pop-out window will appear, permitting you to make the following changes:

  • Add/remove purchased Online Instruction with Video
  • Reset the password or username
  • Change settings for the password-protected solutions and/or navigation
  • Delete the student account

When you’re finished making adjustments, click “Update Changes” to put them into effect.

Early Access Location

Note: With our Early Access experience on our new platform, you can explore the same content and resources as well as provide feedback on the improved navigation, cleaner design, and better mobile usability. You will still have the option to use the original Digital Toolbox at any time. 

To locate and access your Student Accounts within Early Access, please sign in or create a Demme Learning account.

1. There are two options to get you to access your Students.

Option 1 from the Dashboard: After signing in, under the Dashboard category, and from the sidebar, click on Students.

Note: If you have a long list of Students, you can use the in-page Search Students bar, type in their name, and get to them faster.

Option 2 from the Overview: Click on the Students panel located in the upper right corner, which will take you to the same location as above.

2. From there, click on the “–” button in the tab, which will drop down. Click on Student Settings,

3. On the Student Settings panel, you can update the student’s account details. This includes the following:

  • Email: You can edit the student’s email address or choose to opt out of providing one.
    • If you check the “Opt-Out of email” box, no account notifications will be sent to the student. You can opt in again at any time by unchecking the box and entering an email address.
  • Student Password: Enter a new password for the student. The password must be at least six characters long and can include letters, numbers, or spaces.
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm the update.
  • Select Grade: Use the dropdown menu to update the student’s grade level.

Once you’ve made the necessary changes, click Save Changes to apply the updates, or select Cancel to exit without saving.
