Redeeming your Online Instruction with Video

If your purchase included an access code, follow the steps below to redeem. 

NOTE: To redeem your access code, you will need to log in with your Demme Learning account or create a free account if you don’t have one. You must add a billing address during checkout in order for the Online Instruction with Video code to redeem successfully. If you don’t have a billing address, please use: 207 Bucky Drive, Lititz, PA 17543

1) Go to the Online Instruction with Video page.

2) Choose the Online Instruction with Video level you purchased, and click “Add to Cart.”
Note: Online Instruction with Video is available for levels Primer through PreCalculus and the Accelerated Individualized Mastery (AIM) program.

You will see a confirmation that the Digital Pack has been added to your cart.

3) Click “Checkout.”

You will be prompted to sign in. If you do not already have a Demme Learning account, either on the store or on digital.demmelearning.com, you will need to create a free account.

4) Enter your Online Instruction with Video code and click “Apply.” This will take your total for the Online Instruction with Video to zero.

5) Enter you billing address. Then click “Continue to payment”.

If you only have your digital pack in your cart, and your Online Instruction with Video code has been applied your balance will be zero, you will not be required to enter a payment method. (The Online Instruction with Video codes only apply to Online Instruction with Video. If you purchase additional items, your balance will not be zero.)

6) Click “Complete Order”

7) On your checkout pages, if you are new to the Demme Learning Digital Toolbox, you can download the quickstart guide on using the Digital Toolbox

When you are ready to access your Online Instruction with Video, visit digital.demmelearning.com. If you are not already logged in, use your username and password that you created during the checkout process.

My purchase did not come with an Online Instruction with Video access code. How do I access the Online Instruction with Video?

If you purchased directly from store.demmelearning.com or your purchase did not come with an access code, it was likely automatically added to your account.  

You can access the Demme Learning Digital Toolbox by using your account email address and password to log in at digital.demmelearning.com or you can access the Demme Learning Digital Toolbox by navigating your account on store.demmelearning.com and clicking the Digital Toolbox link in your account dashboard.

If you have purchased from one of our resale partners, you will need to reach out to them directly for your Online Instruction with Video access code.
