How to Use Early Access on a Mobile Device

Early Access gives you a first look at the new Demme Learning experience, with a focus on specific elements found on the Digital Toolbox now redesigned to perform smoothly on mobile devices. The layout includes the same trusted Math-U-See content and tools you’re familiar with, optimized for smaller screens with improved touch navigation, faster performance, and a cleaner design.

If you’re a homeschool instructor or parent using the Early Access experience from a phone or tablet, this guide will walk you through the mobile interface and help you navigate its key features. Homeschool instructors or parents and their associated student accounts will be able to access the platform.

Early Access is not available for school / co-op or teacher accounts and their associated students.

Note: You can return to the original Digital Toolbox view at any time by tapping the banner at the top of any page that says “Prefer the old look?” and selecting “Switch view.”

Initial View: Online Resources

When visiting the site before signing in, you’ll first land on the Online Resources page. This area lets you preview and browse all available digital courses.

How It Works

Each course appears as a tile showing:

• The course name and level (e.g., Primer, Alpha, AIM)
  
• Course type (Full Year, Supplementary, Intervention)
  
• Total lessons
  
• Price
  
• “In My Library” status (if already owned)
  

Tap any course to view its information or sample content.

Categories Sidebar

To refine results, tap the Categories filter button. You can filter by:

• Product Lines (Math-U-See or AIM)
  
• Subjects
  
• Age Ranges
  
• Product Types
  
• Price
  

Sorting Options

Use the Sort By dropdown in the upper area of the screen to reorder courses by:

• New
  
• Price
  
• Alphabetical
  

Tip: Think of this as your mobile course catalog, helping you explore your options before purchase or assignment.

Access: Create Account or Sign In

Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner to sign in or create an account.

After signing in, tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner to access account options:

• Change Password
  
• Using Your Account
  
• Sign Out

Instructor Dashboard

After signing in, your dashboard provides access to your instructional content and tools.

1. Overview Tab

The Overview Tab includes the most frequently used areas in one place:

• Library
  
• Students
  
• Digital Tools
  
• Online Resources
  
• Blog
  
• Store
  
• Support

Tip: On mobile, use the Menu to navigate between tabs quickly.

2. Library Tab

The Library contains all curriculum levels tied to your account. Tapping a tile opens the course view with access to lessons, videos, worksheets, and more.

Filter Options and Sort By

When browsing courses in your Library, use the filters or sorting options to organize your content.

3. Students Tab

The Students tab lets you manage learners. You can:

• Add students
  
• Assign courses
  
• Edit settings

Tip: Students will only see what you assign. You can manage multiple students from your phone with ease.

4. Digital Tools Tab

This tab gives you access to:

• Virtual Manipulatives
  
• Worksheet Generator
  
• Online Drill Tool
  
• Errata (Corrections)
  

Course Pages

Each course includes three tabs:

Course Tab

This tab shows the lesson structure. If you’ve marked a lesson as complete, a check mark will appear next to it

Information Tab

Provides a course summary, list of included materials, and purchase details.

Sample Tab

Offers a preview lesson with video, workbook pages, and solutions.

Feedback

You’ll see a teal Feedback tab on the right edge of your screen. Tap it to share your experience.

How It Works

1. Tap a rating face
   
2. Optionally enter a comment, screenshot, screen recording, and email
   
3. Tap Submit
