How to Submit Feedback in Early Access

On every page in Early Access, you’ll see a teal Feedback tab along the center-right edge of your screen. 

This button opens a feedback form powered by Usersnap, giving you a quick and easy way to share your experience using the platform.

Whether you’re loving the content or encountering something that could be improved, your feedback helps us make the Early Access experience even better.

How It Works
  1. Choose a Rating: Select from five emoji-style faces to rate your experience—from very dissatisfied to delighted.
  1. Optional Comments and Email: After selecting a rating, you’ll be prompted to:
    • Enter a comment (e.g., what you liked or what didn’t work)
    • Provide your email if you’d like a follow-up
  1. Submit Feedback: Click Submit to send your input directly to our team. You’ll see a confirmation message once it’s received.

Tip: Every piece of feedback is reviewed by our team. Whether it’s praise, a bug report, or a suggestion, your input helps shape future updates and ensures a smoother experience for all users.
