Shipping Policy

NOTE: Purchase Orders (POs) may not qualify for these shipping rates.

Important things to note:

• Shipping estimates refer to transit time after the shipping company has received the package. They do not include processing time.
• Please allow 2 business days for processing.
• We process shipments Monday through Thursday.
• During times of high volume (July-September), processing times may increase up to 4 days.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and FPOs may take longer than the estimates below. 
• If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our customer success team for the most accurate shipping estimate.
• While we strive to have your order delivered as quickly as possible, all time-frames are estimates. We do not make any guarantees that your order will arrive on a given day or at a specific time.

Shipping Options

• Free Shipping – $50 minimum order
  Normally 2-10 Business days from our warehouse in Lititz, PA. We ship using FedEx SmartPost or equivalent. If you qualify for Free Shipping, you must provide the address where you receive U.S. Mail. FedEx SmartPost uses the USPS for final delivery.
• $5.00 Shipping
  Only available for orders less than $50. Normally 2-10 Business days from our warehouse in Lititz, PA. We ship using FedEx SmartPost or equivalent. you must provide the address where you receive U.S. Mail. FedEx SmartPost uses the USPS for final delivery. 
• Expedited Shipping—Live Rates
  Includes options for ground and express shipping that may result in a faster delivery. Costs are based on live rates calculated using your zip code and the total weight of the order. Total time for delivery is also contingent on our processing time and our business hours.
• US Territories and International Shipping
  Please contact us directly for individualized shipping options.
