What Is an Individual Subscription?

At Demme Learning, our digital platform provides a flexible and organized way to manage your student’s learning. Instead of one-time digital purchases, we use subscriptions to handle your course access and student management.

Key Features of Your Subscription

Subscriptions include multiple features, which vary depending on the plan selected:

• Student Seat: The total number of individual student accounts you can have active at one time. Each active student in your account uses one seat.
• Course Credits: Represents your ability to add specific courses to your library. 
• Billing Cycle: Whether your subscription renews on a monthly or annual basis.

Subscription Tier Overview

Our individual subscription options are designed for families and households to scale with your needs, providing a flexible way to manage your digital course materials and student progress. Each tier includes five student seats and access to all free resources in our catalog, with varying levels of course access:

• Free: Provides access to all free resources and content, allowing families to explore the platform at no cost. 
• Essential: Includes two Course Credits, ideal for instructors focused on a single student or a specific subject area.
• Expanded: Includes ten Course Credits, offering more variety for multi-student environments or those using multiple curricula.
• Premium: Offers unlimited Course Credits, giving you full access to every course available in our catalog.

Managing Your Access

• The Library: Think of this as your personal bookshelf of courses. It shows you which courses are available to access and assign, how many credits you have left, and which courses are currently in use. If you’ve previously purchased Online Instruction with Video that included lifetime access, you’ll find it here. 
• Assignments: Simply adding a student to your individual account does not automatically give them course access. You must explicitly assign a course from your Library to a student to unlock their lessons.
• Changes & Flexibility: You can upgrade your subscription at any time to add more seats or course credits, which typically takes effect immediately. If you choose to cancel, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
